Naresh Purushotham

as a author

How does one say anything new in a field where everything has been said?

Management being one of the most beaten-to-death topics in recent decades, its many pronciples and platitudes have lost their sheen.

"UnManage" is not an addition to the theory of management but a deeply personal perspective gained from hard experinece guiding companies and senior professionals through their challenging transformational journeys. The paradigm presented here is not for the faint-hearted. It challaenges corporate culture, questions many well-accepted practices, and pushes the boundaries of leadership principles. It traces the histroy of managemnet in the Indian context. And through several case studies, unwraps what management looks like in different industries today.

The author presents a framework based solidly on the seemingly nebulous values of integrity, trust, credibility and transparency which enable not mere management but powerfully transformation leadership!

With candor and wit, Naresh Purushotham shares profound insights for anyone with the courage to see the "human side of business" and the will to turn traditional management on its head. "UnManage" may be the change that the corporate world desparetely needs.
